They gave us some tea and biscuits for our arrival. They also helped us with getting a SIM card for our phone and the morning after we got there we had to leave the apartment early in the morning so they prepared a take away breakfast so we could have it on our way.

It had an authentic feel to living in Morocco in a nomadic tented concept but with all modern amenities, including hot water and a/c. Staff were welcoming, professional and accommodating of each request. I had dinner after arrival and breakfast - both preparations excellent. I did not have time to use the pool or other amenities so cannot comment. There is also what appears to be an open air cooking school that would have been fun. I hope to stay again on another visit

I also had the pleasure of meeting two of the owners, who were genuinely kind and engaging. What truly stood out was their thoughtfulness. When they learned it was my birthday, they prepared a small surprise for me to enjoy upon returning from my excursion. It was a heartfelt gesture that made my stay even more memorable.
