Discover Grand Hotel Karel V, a welcoming five-star residence in the heart of Utrecht. The rooms are equipped with extremely comfortable beds. The windows can be tilted to allow a breeze of fresh air in the room throughout the night. The breakfast at the properrty is extensive and is served in a nice location. Definitly worth the price.

Ubytovanie B&B La 'Petite Bergerie' sa nachádza v destinácii Doorn v regióne Utrecht Province a ponúka patio. This cottage in a (large, beautiful) garden was immensely cozy. We spent far too much time lounging in front of the fireplace watching the flames and the birds outside of the window. We were even lucky to have snow! The bed was exactly as we prefer it: soft but not overly so. The shower had the perfect amount of water pressure too. Really, we felt spoilt. Talking about spoilt, our host Werner was an absolute gentleman and took great care of us. For breakfast we were treated to fresh buns from the local bakery, eggs, fruit, ham, cheese and marmalade. Probably not served all year, but we also got Christmas Stol! Final note, while offered various beverages, Werner upon hearing we preferred tea, surprised us with a different tea each morning - wonderful!

The place was clean and close to the center, a couple of minutes walk to the bus station. The owners lend us bikes as well to explore the area. The place is close to an amazing park with lots to do.

What an absolute delight, beautiful and peaceful accomodation with a host who was so considerate. We had a car and the parking and access was easy. The host kindly provided excellent details on transport into Amsterdam and Utrecht for us and for local sights and bikes to hire. I would highly recommend this place and a big thank you to our host, Mieke for making it such a special part of our holiday.
