Our room was large with its own kitchenette and shower was wonderful. This is the place to stay if you like to cook and hang out especially for large groups. Looks brand new. Very clean. Quiet. Good air conditioning. Free parking onsite. Good WiFi. Host let us check in early and was very friendly throughout our stay. The price was right!

The property is soundproof and is situated 2.6 km from Bushy Beach. We loved everything about this property. There were three of us, so to have an extra toilet was a bonus. I personally loved the Ashley + Co reed diffuser in the bathroom (sometimes the little things are the things we remember). The property had everything we needed, even ice in the freezer. The view from the decking was fabulous overlooking the ocean. The property was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. It was really quiet overnight so sleeping was a breeze. It was lovely to have windows that opened to get in fresh air. Honestly there was nothing not to love. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone, you will not be disappointed.

Pyke Cottage is in a convenient location in historic Clyde, within walking distance to great places to eat (Oliver’s; Three Peaks Coffee) and the beautiful Clutha River. The host, Peter, is super friendly and welcoming and makes you feel right at home, but leaves you to your privacy. The bed was really comfortable and the air conditioning was a welcome amenity on a hot Central Otago night. We had a great stay and can highly recommend the cottage for a couple or solo traveller!
