Just 250 metres from Lake Wakatipu, Alexis Motel & Apartments features a large shared patio offering views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables Mountains. Honestly couldn't fault anything. We had an amazing stay! The location and view is absolutely stunning ( we had a lake view room) , all the staff were so lovely and very accommodating (they allowed us to check in early and leave our bags in the room while they got the room ready for us, got us spare toiletries whenever we needed etc), the room was kept spotless and cleaned every day, we had everything we needed in the room, there was a laundry room downstairs which was very handy, ironing board and iron etc. would absolutely stay again and would recommend this place to anyone staying in queenstown

Moonlight Escape Lodge ligger i Queenstown, 6,4 kilometer fra Skyline Gondola and Luge og 13 kilometer fra Queenstown Event Centre, og har gratis WiFi, hage med en terrasse og tilgang til et boblebad.... Juliet & David were excellent hosts. The lodge and surrounding gardens and outdoor areas are lovely and the scenery is spectacular. Good access to the Shotover River and several walks, and we enjoyed being a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown (especially over the Easter long weekend). It also provides good access to Arrowtown. Our room was large, nicely appointed and very comfortable. The daily breakfast was outstanding.

I absolutely loved my stay at this cottage. It was incredibly cosy and beautifully decorated, with so much care and attention to detail. It had everything you could possibly need, and the little touches really made it special, including the super soft bedsheets, which made it so comfortable, and being able to wander into the garden and pick fresh apricots, which was such a treat. The location was peaceful and lovely, set in a beautiful area over the river, perfect for switching off and relaxing. There honestly wasn’t a single thing I disliked. I’d highly recommend this place for couples or solo travellers looking for a quiet, comfortable, and special stay. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Lovely little cozy studio. Very nice muesli for breakfast, the bedlinens/towels were all really lovely quality and it was a great added extra to be able to play some mini golf! Only stayed one night but would have loved staying for longer.
