The territory is very beautiful and green. The house is well-organized. There is everything you need. A lot of light in every room. It’s very quiet and you have a feeling that you are alone. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We ordered breakfast and it was very delicious.

Loved this hostel! Iris, the owner, is so kind and present. Check in was super easy and I was able to check out late before my flight. The breakfast was wonderful and the rooms are really nice. My room had full bed bunk beds -- it was so nice to have a little bigger space to sleep after twin bed throughout the rest of my trip. The hostel is in a great location too and is super clean!

We had a fantastic stay. Amazing place, very clean, has a great view, good location. The unit has kitchen with all needed items if you want to cook your own meals. The fridge is stuffed with food - milk, butter, cheese, juice, eggs, all you need for breakfast for first couple of days. Ana and her staff are super welcoming.

Matriz Lofts is set in Ponta Delgada, 25 km from Sete Cidades Lagoon, 26 km from Lagoa Verde, and 27 km from Lagoa Azul. Great fasciitis, great location. Everything was easy to handle and the apartment was very convenient. The one (and only)problem we had is that no one replaced the towels and we had to stay we the same ones for a week
