Das renovierte 5-Sterne Grand Hotel Açores Atlântico liegt in bester Lage gegenüber dem Jachthafen von Ponta Delgada und bietet 8 Konferenzräume und einen beheizten Innenpool. Staying at Grand Hotel Açores Atlântico has been an amazing experience. My best hotel stay ever. Amazingly kind and attentive staff, they all seemed to give their best to make sure that the guests have everything they need and enjoy their stay. The hotel has an amazing location, great view to the ocean, really nice rooms, good gym, nice pool and I also really liked the bar. The value for money is just excellent. Certainly not the cheapest accommodation in Ponta Delgada but taken all into account, it has exceeded my expectations. I would go back anytime, and will definitely do so the next time I am going to the Azores.

Gelegen in Furnas, bietet die Unterkunft Canto`s Green Garden, Apartamentos Turísticos & SPA, 4 Estrelas eine Terrasse mit Bergblick und Poolblick sowie einen ganzjährig geöffneten Außenpool, eine... Everything was great. Furnas is well situated for discovering a lot on Sao Miguel. The staff is very friendly and helpful whenever a question came up they were able to help. the Fitness room is well equipped, the pool nice for some swimming. The houses have everything necessary. Breakfast has nice local food, i really recommend the "volcano bread". The garden is nice for some leisure stroll. There is a separate set of dark towels ready to take to the thermal springs! Supermarkets and good restaurants are close by (about 10min walk), hot springs can be reached by foot too. In a radius of about 30-35min driving distance are a lot of possibilities, like for hiking, canyoning, whale watching, the tea plantation and more.

Die Unterkunft Partenope Hostel and Suites, die in Angra do Heroísmo gelegen ist und von der aus Strand Zona Balnear da Prainha in weniger als 600 m erreichbar ist, bietet einen Conciergeservice,... Partenope is in the center of Angra, near the botanical garden. The parking space is very close and it's cheap. Taxi od near as the bus stop. Restaurants and cafes are near as well as shops. It's a quiet establishment and honestly I can't in the evening and went around in the morning, My bunk bed was spacious and pleasant. Breakfast is basic; bread, cheese and ham, yogurt, juice, coffee, honey, Nutella, some sweets and fruits as well. Enough to start the day. The kitchen is spacious and has everything for a quick snack. It was pleasant to chat with the owner of the establishment as well. If you're looking for a place to end the day and start fresh, this is the place.

First and foremost - Claudia is the best host we have ever met! She was so kind, always smiling and taking care of our needs, sending us a long list of recommendations, really caring from the bottom of her heart ❤️ Then, the accomodation looks so much better in real life than in the pics, it was a really nice experience to collect eggs and feed the chickens and talk to Lara the queen of parrots. We also enjoyed the relaxing jacuzzi, and we were even able to use the laundry room free of charge! This is the best place in Sao Miguel we're sure!

Die Unterkunft Matriz Lofts in Ponta Delgada ist 13 km von Pico do Carvão entfernt und bietet klimatisierte Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit kostenlosem WLAN sowie Zugang zu einer Terrasse. 🇩🇪 Die Unterkunft liegt in einer Fußgängerzone unmittelbar im Zentrum von Ponta Delgada. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz befindet sich in einer fußläufigen Entfernung von ca. 5 Minuten. Oft mussten wir aber in anderen Nebenstraßen parken, weil der Parkplatz voll war. Nimmt man etwas Fußweg in Kauf, wird man aber fündig. Die Straßenzüge in der Innenstadt sind relativ schmal aber ausreichend breit, um mit seinem Fahrzeug zu passieren. Der Eigentümer des Apartments (Nuno) bietet hier eine Oase mit Wohlfühlcharakter an. Diese ist in echt noch schöner als die Bilder vermuten lassen. Die Einbauküche ist mit hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet und verfügt über alles, was man braucht, um auch mal selbst zu kochen. Es gibt sogar ein Kühlgerät für Wein. 🍷 Angrenzend an den Eingangsbereich mit Küche gelangt man durch den langen Flurbereich in das angrenzende Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Hieran gliedert sich das Schlafzimmer mit Bett an. Dieses ist für 2 Personen ausreichend breit. Zusätzlich verfügte unser Zimmer (Nummer 3) noch über eine Terrasse, auf welcher ich meine Sporteinheiten absolvieren konnte. Ebenso bietet diese noch die Möglichkeit, die gewaschene Kleidung auf dem Wäscheständer aufzuhängen. Dieser ist neben der eingebauten Waschmaschine ebenfalls im in der Unterkunft vorrätig. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft vollumfänglich empfehlen. Bei Rückfragen jedweder Art stand Nuno per WhatsApp zur Verfügung und antwortete in rekordverdächtiger Zeit. Kleiner Geheimtipp: Der Besitzer betreibt ebenfalls noch eine Bäckerei, welche fußläufig ca. 10 Minuten entfernt liegt. Dort haben wir Brot, Foccacia und leckere Zimtschecken kaufen können. There is a free parking lot about 5 minutes away on foot.

Die Unterkunft Senhora da Rosa, Tradition & Nature Hotel, die in Ponta Delgada, 1,9 km von Strand Praia de São Roque entfernt gelegen ist, verfügt über Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit einem Außenpool,... The kindness of the staff. Everyone was doing their utmost to make us feel at home. Lots of thoughtful details made our stay a great experience for us. Everything you need (eg transfer to airport) they help you to arrange it. Everybody at the reception, the bar, both restaurants, the spa, all were extremely kind and helpful. The location is great, in a quiet neighbourhood, surrounded by green environment, much nicer than downtown. Excellent spa facilities and a divine hot bath in the pineapple greenhouse, nice after a good hike!. Two very good restaurants so we didn’t feel the need to go outside for dinner. On the day of our early departure even a coffee & breakfast service was provided at 04.00 am. Convenient to park our rental car, taxi to downtown very affordable.
