The hotel was better in person vs online. It exceeded our expectations! The vintage building has been upgraded without losing it's charm. The wood floors are beautiful preserved and they creak in that way the says you're home. The weather was cold and raining when we arrived but the room was toasty and welcoming like a warm cozy winter's night. The cleaning staff was warm, friendly and happy; singing contentedly while working. I love when employees are happy and enjoy their jobs. It makes for a wonderful atmosphere. It felt good, if that makes sense. We had breakfast included with our reservation. There was a wide selection of breakfast items: a variety of breads, fruit and juices, hot food like eggs, bacon, sausage, fried mushrooms, yogurt, granola, more condiments than you need but are appreciated, and hot coffee and a hot coffee station for special selections like cappuccino. The staff here went above and beyond to make sure we had a hot breakfast when we arrived late on our first morning. Every morning after that was the same amazing service and happy disposition. We were impressed with everyone that we encountered during our visit, from reception to housekeeping. Great job Avenida

Die in der Region Região Centro in Valhelhas gelegene Unterkunft Quinta da Pedrulha bietet einen kostenlosen Privatparkplatz. Well run accommodation. We enjoyed our stay in a comfortable studio. We also enjoyed the terrace to have dinner outdoors at the end of a summer day. The pool was also great, including the view of the landscape from the water.
