Situated in a 12th century Augustin Convent, the Pousada Mosteiro de Guimaraes overlooks Guimarães. Rooms are equipped with modern amenities including air conditioning and cable TV. This property was amazing! What a unique hotel! It was so fun to drive up the windy, tiny road to the top of the hill to find an amazing building with lovely views. The hotel is stunning. It's like you're walking through a museum only you get to stay there. The architecture, paintings, and ceramic tiles were the background for leisurely strolls in the beautiful grounds. We had a fabulous dinner and drinks in the lounge and enjoyed our breakfast in the morning. The price was so reasonable. A shout out to the very friendly and very helpful staff!

Staying here was a dream! The beautiful location inside a vineyard is itself lovely. The incredible thoughtfulness of the owners and staff make this exceptional. We really enjoyed the basket of breakfast, the arrival cake and wine, enjoying it outside with the birdsong and sunshine…Vinha is just down the road from all the sites of Ponte de Lima. Resting up on the sun loungers, enjoying the clean pool, the jacuzzi at Vinha was deeply relaxing. We also enjoyed the fire pit. Maria and Ana are very warm and caring. It felt like childhood summers where all your cares are provided for and you deeply enjoy relaxing in nature. We brought our cat and his tent and every morning he loved getting out into the morning sun. The design of the rooms is really smart with clever details like the door’s window design so he could watch birds outside all day.

Boasting pool with a view and views of river, Terra Rosa Country House & Vineyards is a farm stay set in a historic building in Ponte de Lima, 21 km from Braga Se Cathedral. We had an absolutely wonderful and recharging stay. The initial wine tasting was a lovely touch, and the early dinner was simply delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel completely at ease. We're eager to return and bring our loved ones to experience this fantastic place!

Boasting a balcony with pool views, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a garden, Villa dos Corcéis can be found in Esposende, close to Bonança Beach and 32 km from Shipyards of Viana do Castelo. The host was nice and helpful, we checked in earlier with no issues. Great location with shops and great restaurants nearby. The place is really nice and clean and you can see they've put a lot of effort into it and that they value their guests comfort and well-being. It was the perfect place after a hot camino day, the swimming pool helped as well. The breakfast was very good, and nicely served from a basket. The only downside was that we didn't stay longer so if you can, it's worth to take a full rest day there, you won't regret it.

Beautiful home, comfortable room, lots of helpful amenities. I was able to do laundry- excellent. Close to a shop; easy walk into town and back to Camino. Very quiet.
