Situated just 6.8 km from Falun Mine, Lakeside log cabin Främby Udde Falun features accommodation in Falun with access to a garden, barbecue facilities, as well as private check-in and check-out. The log cabin was gorgeous and had everything you would need. The view was the most amazing part. The cabin is right at the lakeside with nothing spoiling the view. We did not want to leave!

Set in Trosa, 45 km from Nyköping Train Station and 39 km from Södertälje Train Station South, Stubbhuggets Lillstuga offers accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning, free bikes and a garden. If you're still deciding where to stay in Trosa, stop looking! This beautiful cabin is in the middle of the woods, yet it is quite close from Trosa town centre by bike or car. The environment is spectacular and you'll only share it with the warming host family who live just across, and the local fauna :) We only stayed for one night (we were so sad to leave) and still were able to explore the beautiful surroundings by bike during sunset (provided for free by the hosts). We strongly recommend the ride, as we were able to spot deers, foxes, many rabbits and squirrels, etc. The cabin itself is beautifuly decorated and with an incredible attention to detail. It also applies to the separate bathroom/laundry cabin, which has more than everything you'll need. It even has Rituals ammenities and some crocks you can use to walk around the garden. We are still dreaming of our stay here ;)

Situated in Strängnäs and only 34 km from Bredsand beach, Pensionat Gyllenhjelmsgatan features accommodation with inner courtyard views, free WiFi and free private parking. The pensionate is beautiful, very cute! And situated right in the historic district of Strängnäs. Our host Henrik was very eager to help, thanks a lot!

Offering a garden and garden view, Thottska Villan is set in Strömsholm, 23 km from Aros Congress Center and 24 km from Västerås Train Station. My only regret is not staying longer.

Boasting a garden and views of garden, Kroksta Gård is a country house set in a historic building in Bälinge, 14 km from Gustavianum. A sauna and a bicycle rental service are available for guests. Wonderful location and environment. Wonderful breakfast. Absolutely cute and cosy place to stay.

Set by a fortress from 1735, this waterfront hotel on Värmdö Island offers impressive views of Solöfjärden and the surrounding archipelago. A magical place. A direct view of the sea, with ships passing literally right next to you. Very friendly and courteous staff, delicious food, and spotlessly clean rooms. Whatever I write, it still won’t be enough to capture how special this place truly is. I can’t wait to come back here — and stay longer next time.

Situated in Danderyd, 7.3 km from Friends Arena, Best Western Hotel Danderyd features accommodation with a garden, private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. My second stay here on visit to my mother! Lovely peaceful hotel, comfortable rooms and very nice staff! Breakfast is excellent too and there is a small menu for dinner if you don’t want to go out but the food is excellent! Thank you! Looking forward to staying with you again!

Situated about 3 minutes’ drive from central Västerås, this picturesque old farm offers apartments decorated in traditional Swedish country style with free Wi-Fi and parking. Very nice and cozy accommodation. Village look and feel not leaving the city. The room is fully equipped and comes with all necessary accessories (without a cooking place in my case). Big food store is just 10min by walk.

This renovated barn house is located in the peaceful countryside close to Lake Mälaren, just 6 km from Strängnäs. Free WiFi internet and private parking are included in all rates. All the staff are lovely, feeding the animals is lovely, the surrounding is lovely, definitely recommend!
