The place is amazing a lot of time, thought and effort has gone into designing the complex. Breakfast is simple but has everything you need: cereal, toast, fruit, coffee, tea, orange juice, and nice hot soup with rice if you like in a nice communal area for people to meet and mingle, with a lovely little garden waterfall pond area. The staff try their upmost to help you even by using their phone with the translation app. The owners are a lovely couple she is Thai and he is Australian, so if you need anything in English and you can’t sort it out with the staff he will always sort it. We came home late one night and all the fuel garages were shut. Spoke to him and he sent one of the boys down to grab us some fuel so we can get back to a garage, so helpful and she tried to organise us a cab on our first day and she couldn’t get one, so she got in the car and drove us 20 minutes into Jomtien Beach. It’s about 20 minutes out from Jomtien Beach, but it’s all highway/motorway so it’s very easy travelling in and out. If you want to go into Pattaya you can catch a tuk-tuk from Jomtien Beach to Soi 6 Pattaya city for 10 Baht which takes 30 minutes and catch it back from Walking St, Police are everywhere pulling tourists over for drink-driving at night, so be careful as it will cost you 2000 to 4000 baht to be released. Jomtien Hill Resort Pratamnak is located in Pattaya South and has a plunge pool and city views. The property features pool and garden views, and is 800 metres from Paradise Beach. Like: very responsive, helpful host who address all concerns I had during a long stay. I enjoyed the washer, AC, large comfortable bed, quiet room for quality sleep. The cleaner came a couple times during my stay which was useful. Nice security at front gate to give an extra layer of security. Great location. I enjoyed some early morning walks on Jomtien beach and some very good restaurants close by. Away from the heavy party district but accessible. Dislike: a distance away from the malls but grab very affordable in Pattaya. no gym in the building but several gyms and kickboxing gyms within walking distance. I recommend battle conqueror. Very good price.

The staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, especially in arranging a ground-floor room for my grandmother. My mom and grandma both loved the stay. The villa is spacious with a bathtub and direct pool access from the living room—we loved swimming every evening. It's very peaceful, yet convenient, with a 7-11 and many restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

Bolt rides to main attractions within 100THB. We took a Bolt car from Suvarnabhumi Airport early in the morning, heading directly to the property. The fare was 1,100 THB plus a 105 THB highway toll, with a total travel time of 1.5 hours. The kind landlord let us leave our luggages there for check-in in the afternoon. The room is well equipped with everything needed for daily use.
