Located in Hua Hin, 500 metres from Hua Hin Beach, The Standard, Hua Hin provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. Everything was perfect. The rooms are big, the bed is very comfortable, bathroom clean and the amenities are high quaility. The green gardens are very beutiful and all the nice, small animals ( little squirls, frogs, birds…) living there make a good atmosphere. The pool is fine, the beach is nice for december, considering the high tides the beach “shows up” after 12:00. The breakfast is tasty and offering european, thai and international food. The chef Sebastian is very profesional and attentive. Also all the other personal very attentive and nice, at the reception Korn is especially friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a very nice location, close to everything, in the old town city center, also near newly opened Hard Rock cafe and shop. All together, the layout, the nice decorations of the rooms and very nice employers made our birthday celebration amazing.

Erittäin siisti, tyylikäs ja viihtyisä hotelli rauhallisella Khao Takiabin alueella. Lähellä on paikallisia ravintoloita, Tops, 7/11, hierontapaikkoja, pesuloita, hedelmämyyjiä, ranta yms. Ilmainen kuljetus keskustaan oli kiva. Altaalla puoleen päivään saakka varjoa, mikä oli tosi hyvä. Hyvä ja tilava kuntosali. Aamupala olisi kiva olla ulkona, mutta se jää melkein ainoaksi miinukseksi. Parvekkeelta oli hieno näkymä kukkuloille ja auringonlaskuun, vaikka parveke oli tosin vähän ahtaan oloinen korkeine umpireunoineen.

The owners went above and beyond the normal accomodations by providing us with an outdoor table and chairs, beach chairs, ,and an extra set of towels for the beach. Communication with the owners was excellent, the room was spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and pillows, great location. Great value.
