The host was very welcoming, the garden and the view were absolutely spectacular. Orange trees in the enormous garden, mountains in the back. Very quiet. All the day you hear the sounds of all the pretty birds, busy doin their thing. The big surprise was that there were a couple of tiny puppies who were playing all the day, with eachother, with the cats - under the supervision of their mother - who 'protected' the area.

The property has been lovingly restored with lots of attention to detail. It's a great location in the mountains if you want to avoid the crowds and have a quiet holiday, but not far to drive to explore. The owners are lovely and really helpful too.

Carlos is a great host, awesome restaurant just down the road, where Antonio will take care of you and supermarket with local Santa Lucía olives, cheese and honey. Highly recommended!

The surrounding mountains were breathtaking, villagers friendly, village was tidy and well managed. The property was well managed and provided everything we might have needed. The shower was great with hot water and good pressure, comfortable beds and large rooms. The roof terrace was fantastic, so we could cook and eat there and enjoy the quiet mornings and evenings. The host made sure we had everything we needed and checked on our welfare before during and after our visit.
