It was very clean with lovely crisp sheets and the bed was comfortable. Of course the room was very small. But it didn't really matter as we were only there for 1 night as a stopover. The breakfast was basic, varied and copious. Easy parking right in front of our room. Easy walk to lots of simple restaurants, Asian, Grills, pizzas, etc.Amanda G.France
