The guesthouse is owned by a lovely Georgian family who are from the Caucasus area. They all make sure you feel welcome and take care of all your needs, whether it is a lunch package before your hike or a beer after. Levan, the son, speaks perfect English and told us everything there is to know about the region. We had a great time in Omalo and really liked the guesthouse. The host is very kind and welcoming, the rooms are clean and cozy, and you have nice views from the terrace. Delicious homemade food (and wine) and great help with planning hikes and organizing. Much recommended!!

Paatas and Tinas Guesthouse is one of the best I stayed in so far in Georgia. They are lovely and calm persons with a real Tusheti Heart. The food is varied, on point and always delicious! I can highly recommend it!

The guest house was located in upper Omalo with amazing views from the balcony, including the old fortress and mountain scenery. The natural surroundings are peaceful—you hear birds singing and no road noise.The place was very clean, and the hosts were friendly and welcoming. We ordered lunches that were delicious, plenty of choice and not expensive. Our room had a private bathroom that is not frequent in such location. A big bonus is that they allowed us to bring our German Shepherd, which made our stay even better. We will definetely come back 🥰
