Popi was an amazing host and truly cared about my experience. She and her son even picked me up from a nearby town since I did not have a car - what an amazing gesture. The apartment was located in a picturesque spot and hiking trails were not too far off. The AC worked well. It was nice to spend time on the big balcony, unwind with complimentary Netflix and take a warm bath in the evening.

Very nice and spacious apartment in an historical building (natural stone walls) in the middle of the village of Krasi, which is very charming and beautiful. Has everything you need (we stayed a week). Very friendly landlord. Breakfast in restaurant is optional (we made our own).

If looking for a true Cretan experience this is the place to go. The hosts were super friendly and hospitable. I’ve been to Crete many times and this is by far the most authentic experience I’ve had. Would highly recommend a couple of days if you’re looking for somewhere peaceful away from the pressures of everyday life in big cities.

Everything about the property was perfect, the room was the perfect size and the pool! Location was insane with many shops etc opposite. The cleaners and owner were lovely and accommodating. Would recommend staying here definitely!

Pleasant accommodation in a smaller guesthouse in a quiet location. An ideal starting point for discovering the beauties of the Lassithi plateau. Smaller but sufficient rooms, possibility to order breakfast, home-made tavern on the ground floor, parking at the hotel. Kind owners. We stayed there for the second time, we can only recommend it.

I booked Metohi Nature Living for 3 nights on very short notice after a terrible Airbnb experience and my first night in Crete. I'm very glad I chose this place - the hosts were incredibly helpful and accommodating and really made me feel comfortable. I was able to properly relax for the first time since arriving on the island, and it served as an excellent base for my two day trips in Eastern Crete.
