Exactly as on photos with great design, vibrant colors and practical. The host was great too, really friendly and helpful. There is a small but charming inner garden with a fountain in front of the apartment. Would definitely recommend!

Super charming little apartment in a great location. It was an easy walk from the train station with our luggage, and easy to make it around Rome on foot for the rest of our stay. Communication with the host was excellent, and he was waiting for us at the door when we arrived. The bed was very comfortable, the coffee, delicious, the patio, a nice respite, and the neighborhood simultaneously central and quiet. Highly recommend..

The guesthouse is located in a beautifual and quiet neighbourhood near the Appia Antica Park and well connected to the city center. The room was clean and nicely furnished and Audrey and Maurizio have been amazing hosts who have spared no effort in making my stay enjoyable, recommending beautiful places to visit in Rome, and providing some snacks, coffee and tea in the kitchen. The price is also very reasonable, given the level of comfort provided and the great location of the place!

It was a really lovely stay. The guest house is in a great location and you can walk to all the Sightseeing sights easily. Out room was quite big and even had air conditioning and a little balcony, which we didn't expect. It was located to the a little courtyard which made it super quiet. We loved to sit there in the morning and evening. Anderson is a really great host. We could text him via what's app if we needed anything anytime.
