We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness is impeccable, the decor is very pleasant, and the sea view is beautiful, both from the room and the rooftop. The pool is clean and calm, perfect for relaxing. The rooftop is well laid out with comfortable chairs. Eranga is very welcoming and speaks English and Tamil, which is a big plus. The sri lankan breakfast and the service were really good. It is located near the coconut tree Hill (7/8min by walking) and the parrot rock ( 15min by walking) , so close to touristic attraction.

The location is just great, many restaurants nearby and is only 12-15 min walk from Mirissa beach. All facilities were great and people in this area are very kind. Excellent Value for money! A Beautiful, well maintained tucked away villa, With charming landscape and the cutest fish pond. Our room was clean and spacious and equipped with all the necessary basics from water bottles , a kettle , and mugs . The bed and sofa were both comfortable. The place is managed by the charming owner Ms. Mira who was very welcoming and kind. She cooked us the most delicious breakfasts with cute details and nice variety.

Our room was located close to the beach and a few restaurants but far enough away from the busy part of Welligama to be quiet. Our host, Vasu was helpful at all times. He provided breakfast and transportation to our next destination at a good price. The bed was really comfortable, however the shower was temporarily cold due to improvement work at the hotel. Vasu also provides motorbike hire and laundry services on the premises. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.
