Friendly guest and a warm welcome. The place is clean,have everything you need and is very quiet.Before leaving,the owner daughter I believe,came outside really quick with my husband hand bag as he forget that in the room.I really appreciate the gesture as it saved us a lot of trouble (having the car documents and wallet and our holiday money in that bag).I can only be grateful for this nice and honest gesture.Kindly recommend this place .Many thanks from us ! La Patru Daci guesthouse is located in Ocna Sugatau, Maramures county - Romania. From the moment you step beyond the large carved wooden gate in the specific Maramurese style, you will find yourself in a world where our grandparents lived. A very large yard with green grass and no paths invites you to graze it barefoot without shoes and to remember the time when you ran around in your grandparents' yard on the grass! For those who do not have these memories from their grandparents' yard, I gladly advise them to come here for a few days and try! The whole complex of houses is very carefully arranged, bringing elements of construction, decoration and execution from the traditional techniques of Maramures. The interiors are very beautiful and are decorated with carpets, tapestries, paintings specific to the Maramures area. Be speechless when you see these interiors! In the Manor there is a large living room with a fireplace and where you can relax with a glass of wine, stories and memories with your family or dear friends! Everything is well equipped technologically speaking, the internet is of high speed and the lights are extraordinary, both inside and outside. The bedrooms are very spacious and very nicely decorated. Outside or inside it is very clean. In the yard there is a special place set up for grilling and relaxing. The owners of the complex are very respectful and welcoming people! For those who want to try true relaxation and spend time with family or friends, La Patru Daci is the ideal place!

It is a very nice, clean, quiet, and relaxing place. We enjoyed the salt water and the sweet water jacuzzis. We enjoyed our short stay very much! Would definitely come again and recommend it to our friends.

Very nice property with a pretty garden and outside area where we could seat to have a meal and fun. Great Hosts - communication in English was not so easy - but we finally understood each other. Tasty dinner and breakfest - home made, fresh and served in the garden.

The room was simple, but equipped with everything you need, the kitchen was clean, spacious and had everything needed. The setting is really cozy and welcoming: you will be able to dive in the traditional Romanian atmosphere. The host Marinca, was very nice and generous despite our language barriers.
