We loved sitting outside in front of the river! It was also very nice having the breakfast prepared for us. You can see that she cares about guests having a great stay. The house was sparkling clean.

L'estada a casa de la Therese ha sigut perfecte. Un lloc idíl·lic, on només se senten els ocells i els grills, i per la finestra tens les MILLORS vistes del municipi: les aigües tranquil·les del llac Otis. L'habitació i el bany tenien tot el que necessites (inclòs una gran banyera!). També ens va deixar dos kayaks per a poder fer una volta pel llac. Vam fer servir la cuina per fer-nos el sopar, i la Therese ens va fer l'esmorzar. Ens va demanar si teníem al·lèrgies o si seguíem alguna dieta, i ens va fer esmorzar amb fruites, torrades amb ou (recepta familiar!), bacon, i melmelades casolanes fetes per ella. Vam poder estar xerrant amb ella, que va ser molt pacient amb el nostre nivell de francès. Ens va ajudar a trobar una excursió pel següent dia al parc natural i ens va explicar com anar-hi.

Great spot small with everything I was looking for. Spa area was beautiful. Food was delicious. The staff were super attentive thought of all the details to make the stay comfortable

Boasting garden views, Les Gites Makadan is set in Normandin, around 32 km from Zoo Sauvage de Saint Felicien Centre de Conservation de la Biodiversit. The hosts were great!! The place was comfortable and cozy. The breakfast was excellent. It is bike friendly. Highly recommed.
