L'hotel ha superat àmpliament les nostres expectatives: tot i que l'habitació és petita i els mobles són una mica antics, està molt neta i tot el que es necessita està en el seu lloc. El matalàs és especial i s'hi descansa molt bé. A més, el personal és molt atent i agradable (ens van explicar molt bé els dubtes que teníem sobre les visites a fer). Tenen pastes gratuïtes a la recepció i aigua a l'habitació. L'esmorzar és espectacular: molta variació de menjar de tot tipus, servei rapidíssim si falta alguna cosa, etc. A més, l'hotel està molt ben situat, just a 5 minuts del castell i de l'entrada a la zona antiga de la ciutat
