This is an excellent guest house located in the historical centre of the wonderful Kos in a calm and quite place. It is close to the harbour, all the good restaurants and the bus station, it will take you just few minutes to walk to the architectural sites of the city. Pauline, her husband and her sister are amazing hosts, they are very helpful, friendly and caring. We were happy to get to know this wonderful family. The room was very clean and spacious, the beds were very comfortable and we had all we needed for our 3 days stay. Even if you lack something Pauline and her family will sure help you out. Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Koni Guesthouse is situated in Kos Town. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the apartment free of charge. I really enjoyed my stay! The host was very communicative and helpful. The rooms were even bigger than they looked in the pictures, perfectly clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable 7-day stay. Self check-in and check-out were very easy. Everything was perfect, and I truly hope to stay here again in the future!

Exceptionally kind owners! We felt like we came to a family apartment rather than airbnb. Flat is very clean, very tidy and so pretty! Location is just great, 1 min to beach and 15 min to heart of the old town on foot. Will definitely stay here when we are back again. Once again thank you so much fot everything :)

Owners were hospitable, responsive, available for giving all information. The location of the accommodation is great (close to the beach, shops, restaurants, rent-a-car agencies, bus stop). Shared terrace and many plants creates pleasant atmosphere. Surprisingly frequent cleaning (every 2 days).

Big room with amazing sea view,beach , bar, restaurant right under the hotel rooms,super markets other side of hotel , plenty of other beach ane Restaurnts, 200 m ferry ! Amazing workers makes your life easy , and place is just 10 min walk a way to centrum and bar steet ! I was here 12 years ago , it's still best place for money like 12 years ago :)

Featuring inner courtyard views, Nikos Studios features accommodation with balcony, around less than 1 km from Camel Beach. So much better than we expected! Set in lovely gardens we found the apartment to be far bigger than we expected! The bed was lovely size with really deep comfy mattress, which is unusual we find in Kos ! The family and staff are really lovely and drop us some little treats in our room a number of times ! Would definitely return!
