This is an excellent guest house located in the historical centre of the wonderful Kos in a calm and quite place. It is close to the harbour, all the good restaurants and the bus station, it will take you just few minutes to walk to the architectural sites of the city. Pauline, her husband and her sister are amazing hosts, they are very helpful, friendly and caring. We were happy to get to know this wonderful family. The room was very clean and spacious, the beds were very comfortable and we had all we needed for our 3 days stay. Even if you lack something Pauline and her family will sure help you out. Eirini je najbolji host ikad. Toliko divno, ljubazno i pristojno biće rijetko susrećete pri iznajmljivanju apartmana. Gotovo svaki dan vam očisti apartman i namjesti krevet. Lokacija apartmana je fenomenalna. 2 minute pješke od apartmana je jedna od najljepših plaža na Kosu sa predivnim zalascima sunca. Apartman ima veliku zajedničku kuhinju i ogromu terasu na kojoj ćete uživati pojesti doručak. Cijena je više nego opravdana i ako se vratim na Kos, sigurno ću biti tamo opet smješten.

Objekt Koni Guesthouse s pogledom na grad nudi smještaj s balkonom i kuhalom za vodu na oko 15 min hoda od znamenitosti Gradska plaža u Kosu. I really enjoyed my stay! The host was very communicative and helpful. The rooms were even bigger than they looked in the pictures, perfectly clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable 7-day stay. Self check-in and check-out were very easy. Everything was perfect, and I truly hope to stay here again in the future!

Everything! the beautiful & lovely accommodation! it was very clean and enough space for everything! Check in was super easy, parking place is next to the guest house. ObjektAsklipion Valley guest house nalazi se u gradu 'Kos Town', Dodecanese, u krugu od 1,3 km od znamenitosti Asklepijev hram na otoku Kos, te nudi smještaj koji sadrži besplatan WiFi, oprema za... I loved my stay here. Such a peaceful, relaxing place..not as 'in the middle of nowhere' as I was expecting, but that turned out to be a plus, in that it's only a 20 minute stroll to the Asklepion ruins, which are worth seeing. The rest of the time you don't need to go anywhere - if you've rented transport you aren't far from the town and beach, but if you arrive under your own steam, a little jaded from travelling and crowds, then take some supplies with you (there's a kettle, a toaster, fridge and a one-ring electric cooker for basic catering) and gang out in a hammock with the rescue cats, (all healthy and neutered - so good to see), listening to the cicadas. There was a lunar eclipse the first night I was there - the huge, red moon was incredible, watched from a hammock slung between olive trees and a beer gifted by the lovely owner, George. The bedroom was simple, but homely, comfortable and charming. Typical Greek bathroom (not state of the art, with a one-handed shower) but the quietness and helpfulness of the family made up for it. Their fresh figs are the best I've ever tasted - I'd almost make a special journey back just for more of them!

Owners were hospitable, responsive, available for giving all information. The location of the accommodation is great (close to the beach, shops, restaurants, rent-a-car agencies, bus stop). Shared terrace and many plants creates pleasant atmosphere. Surprisingly frequent cleaning (every 2 days).

Absolutely best all in one place in Kos town ! Big room with amazing sea view,beach , bar, restaurant right under the hotel rooms,super markets other side of hotel , plenty of other beach ane Restaurnts, 200 m ferry ! Amazing workers makes your life easy , and place is just 10 min walk a way to centrum and bar steet ! I was here 12 years ago , it's still best place for money like 12 years ago :)

So much better than we expected! Set in lovely gardens we found the apartment to be far bigger than we expected! The bed was lovely size with really deep comfy mattress, which is unusual we find in Kos ! The family and staff are really lovely and drop us some little treats in our room a number of times ! Would definitely return!
