Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. The room is large enough (separate room with twin beds) for 4 adults and a really good bathroom and shower. Everything you need is here including English tea! Air conditioning is excellent with loads of easy to use settings. Host is excellent - good communication. Very very clean. Comfortable. 2 mins walk from the station and in the best part of town for food and drinks. Breakfast place next door is incredible - don’t miss it out! Would 100% stay here again. Thank you.

The room was very comfortable and spacious, with a cozy bed, a coffee machine, and a water heater for tea. The host also provided thoughtful extras like snacks (chips and croissants) and a toiletry package with a toothbrush, toothpaste, and a comb. The self check-in and check-out process was quick and easy.

The location is perfect! Beautiful views from the windows and balcony, and close to all the shops and restaurants. We loved our stay here. Really appreciated the mini fridge, espresso machine, and supplies. It was quite warm while we were there, so the A/C had to work hard, but it managed. Loved the updated bathroom and option for self-check-in!

The room and the apartment were nicely renovated, the bathroom was big enough. As we arrived early, the host allowed us to check in early. We were very happy about this as we could drop off our luggage. We also received a small welcome gift. The accomodation is in a walking distance to the railway station.
