There is air-con, but the weather was quite cool so I didn't need to use it as the ceiling fan was fine. The swimming pool is a lovely addition, and the open kitchen is a great place to chat to others. I also found the location to be excellent if travelling by bus as it is a two minute walk, while the beach is about ten minutes if you can find the shortcut!

The staff is amazing, they are always ready to help, and it’s so easy to meet people there, there is a very friendly atmosphere, it felt like a family home. We had a very good tasty breakfast, different every day (available from 8:30 to 10:00). We stayed in the double room with private bathroom, and it was very spacious. There are activities every days, and lots of excursions, I wish we stayed more in Oaxaca. If we come back we would definitely choose the same place.
