This property is situated within a beautiful private garden and has wonderful views of the mountain. It is so calm and peaceful. I often heard the cuckoo calling as I sat in the garden. The property is really lovely and is situated close by to the main shopping area of Skardu. My room was in the ground floor and overlooked the garden. It was very big and really nicely presented. It had a very large adjoining bathroom and also a dressing area. For me though, quite apart from my amazing surroundings, my stay was made even more special due to the family running this guest house. They are the most wonderful family who are so helpful, friendly and hospitable. They provide delicious home made food and will happily cater for any of your needs - tours / advice / transport / airport pick up or drop off etc I arrived at Taaj Residence as a guest but definitely left as a friend. Highly recommended. I loved it

My two friends and I spent two nights in the Rakaposhi Amin Hotel & Restaurant. We needed a foothold for the two-day trek to Rakaposhi Base Camp. We've arrived by taxi from Islamabad, if you leave early you can get there in a day, it's a long journey, but it is doable!!! The Guest house is in the heart of Pissan, a wonderful village at the foot of the Rakaposhi, right below the highest natural Cricket stadium in the world. The rooms are new, clean, and surrounded by a beautiful orchard. The place is quiet and conveniently located for visiting many locations. Abim and Asif's cooking is excellent. They prepare everything freshly with fresh produce, so plan your meals with them a bit in advance!!! We are vegetarians, and we have had no difficulty finding excellent dishes! The welcome's been warm. Abim and Asif, the owners and brothers, have been very helpful in listening to our requests and always finding a solution! Kindness and helpfulness are at home here!!! They have helped us to organize our departure by giving us valuable advice!!! P.S. Try the excellent tea thyme and rose petal tea!!!

The room's design made me feel at home. Service attitude is very good, professional, especially very hygienic. The hotel's location is convenient for traveling to tourist destinations in the region by car, suitable for those who like to explore natural landscapes. A meaningful vacation helps you find positive energy after a tiring period of studying or working. The service was great, I really loved the hospitality of the host, especially the food was delicious. Given the chance I will visit HIKK Inn and Skardu again. Wonderful!

The family was really welcoming and incredibly helpful. Was able to rent a motorbike here, got great advice on what to do, they arranged pick up at the airport, drop off at the bus, arranged for me to meet a local guide and even invited me into their home for a lovely traditional dinner. Couldn’t recommend it more.

To enjoy the breathtaking Diran mountain views from the balcony was the most unforgettable moment. Even it was so exciting to watch the Rakaposhi mountain sunrise from the rooftop of the hotel. To get rid of from the hustle and bustle of the city life, staying some nights at Hunza Lounge will not be regretful for any nature lovers.
