Česká republikaI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very kind, welcoming and always willing to help. Even when we had a small language barrier at first, they were patient and did their best to communicate with me, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and well maintained, and the whole hotel felt very tidy. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the metro, making it easy to get around Brussels. The city centre is also within comfortable walking distance (around 20-30 minutes), which was a nice bonus. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to other travellers. Thank you for a lovely experience!
