friendly staff, a nice operations manager check me in.. around 8am.. so they allow me to get in my room very early.. was so kind of him doing that... meeting guest expectation. also this morning for check out they allow me to stay until 1pm as I was in meetings until that time... thank you for all you help and kindness.. super friendly staff and I will recommend this hotel to everyone.. super clean as well.

I like everything !! the location was so close to the light rail which made it easy to get to the AirPort and Downtown Phoenix. There is a nice street alongside the airport that I love, I walked it in the morning to get downtown. The staff were so friendly and amazing, there was a nice fellow at the bar who was great with small talk when serving the complimentary drinks. The breakfast was out of this world !! My room was a king suite, it was clean and fresh, the staff was available incase I needed anything at all like more cups and they respected my "do not disturb" sign in the mornings. Ultimately, I had THE best time. I will be staying there again.
