Vastaanoton työntekijät eivät olleet palvelualttiita ja muutenkin olivat kovin tympeitä. Aamupala oli ihan ok. Tarjolla oli mm. hedelmiä, vihanneksia,sämpylöitä, croisantteja ja jugurtteja. Hedelmät ja kasvikset eivät aina olleet kovin raikkaita. Hotelli oli siisti ja puhdas. Hotellihuoneessa hiustenkuivaajaa ei voinut käyttää kylpyhuoneessa, vaan piti tulla eteiseen tai muualle kuivaamaan. Vessassa ei ollut wc-harjaa, jota olisi voinut käyttää. Pyyhkeitä ei saanut kunnolla kuivumaan mihinkään. Plussaa kuitenkin, että huone siivottiin ja pyyhkeet vaihdettiin joka päivä. Kadulta/tieltä äänet eivät kuuluneet huoneeseen, mutta hotellin käytävältä kuului kaikki. Hotellin sijainti oli huono. Muutama pieni hämärä marketti vieressä. Taksin sai aina lähtiessään hotellilta, mutta taksit eivät koskaan osanneet hotellille (ilmeisesti, koska hotelli ja alue olivat uutta.) Uima-allasalue oli siisti, mutta kovin pieni. Maisemat olivat aika kehnot. En tämän perusteella yöpyisi enää tässä hotellissa.

Located on the banks of Dubai Water Canal, the high-rise Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City offers guests vibrant stay with every aspect transformed into a refreshing experience. Everything was perfect. Since the arrival everybody was really nice and help us with everything (traveling with kids and they were really kind to provide family lodging). Thanks a lot to Andrew, Veena, Aamir and Andre for their help and kind support. The rooms are huge, the most comfy beds we have ever slept in, great views and super complete and with a lot of options breakfast. Just a perfect 10! See you next time!

Spacious and well-equipped rooms, exemplary cleanliness, welcoming reception, nice pool but you can also move to building A where there are 2 additional pools and a private beach, rich breakfast, amazing and caring staff

Overall, our stay was pleasant and the facilities, cleanliness, and amenities were excellent. The staff was courteous, and we truly appreciated the comfort and quality of the accommodation. However, the check-in experience was disappointing. Despite arriving after the official check-in time, the process was slow and unorganized, which left a poor first impression. We hope this area can be improved to match the high standard of the rest of the hotel. Thank you for the hospitality.

Just a 15-minute drive from Al Mamzar Beach, Hilton Garden Inn Al Muraqabat is conveniently located in the heart of Deira. The staff is well trained and they know their work very well from the receptionist Aparna and Patrick. Also, other satff members just to mention Esther, Gigi and Helmy well coordinated and ensured my needs were met , I would recommend this hotel any day and any time , it's location is also suitable for events close to the airport.
