Melo at the desk and the other staff were very helpful when we needed assistance navigating the Chinese internet in order to access our visa status for Vietnam and helping us to check flight prices as our phones wouldn't work in China.

I just want to share how incredibly grateful I am to the team at Hilton Garden Inn Beijing, because they did something absolutely unforgettable for us. I booked a room for my parents, who were travelling to China for their very first trip abroad — it happened to be both their wedding anniversary and my dad’s birthday. Since I’m so far away, I really wanted to surprise them and make this day special. I reached out to the hotel team, and they told me they would try to prepare some “simple arrangements.” But OH MY GOD… what they did was beyond anything I expected. I sent them a few family photos, and they actually printed and framed them, put them in the room, and even framed the note I wrote for my parents. They added their own beautiful message, a small souvenir, fruits, and even a little swan on the bed. My mum cried, my dad was so happy. I honestly cannot describe the emotions they created for all of us. It was such a touching, deeply personal gesture that made this special day even more meaningful. I don’t think we will ever forget this moment. Thank you so, so much. I am truly grateful from the bottom of my heart ❤️
