A unique hotel in every detail. The reception staff were wonderful, especially Mike Zhang, who helped us a lot and was very kind and helpful. The hotel paid for our taxi to the train station, which was a nice gesture from the hotel. The hotel is located outside the center of Beijing, which is convenient for those with a long transit. The breakfast was good, but it needs more international cuisine.

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Beijing was excellent from start to finish. Without a doubt, the biggest highlight of the hotel is the staff. Every employee was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, always willing to help and making sure everything was perfect. In addition to the amazing team, the hotel offers excellent services that make the stay even better. The laundry facilities, gym, and copy/printing services are outstanding and extremely convenient. Everything is well organized and easy to use, which is a huge plus, especially for longer stays or business travelers. Overall, it was a fantastic experience thanks to the exceptional staff and the great facilities. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
