The fact that they offer 24/7 free shuttle bus is a huge win, as we arrived late in the night. The staff was polite and helpful and the room was clean. The room really had some luxury feeling to it, as it was well maintained. We were pleased to find a huge comfy bed. Also, the soundproofing was great, as we almost didn't hear any noise from the planes, even though we could see them from our window. Breakfast was good, with both western and Chinese options to choose from.

I sent them a few family photos, and they actually printed and framed them, put them in the room, and even framed the note I wrote for my parents. They added their own beautiful message, a small souvenir, fruits, and even a little swan on the bed. My mum cried, my dad was so happy. I honestly cannot describe the emotions they created for all of us. It was such a touching, deeply personal gesture that made this special day even more meaningful. I don’t think we will ever forget this moment. Thank you so, so much. I am truly grateful from the bottom of my heart ❤️
