Tracy with her professional English skill and support needs to be rewarded. It made our short trip stay much more enjoyable and specially this is the first time we travel to Beijing!!!! Everything is great. Staff is so friendly, they are always ready to help. Especially girls on daytime. They try to help even if you don’t speak chinese. Also the laundry service was great. Location was very nice, it’s located almost near to every tourist attractions.
