This hotel is one of a kind. The comfort, style, location and helpful staff made this place stand out. We don’t get to leave the kids, and the staff at the Hilton Syon Park made our time away extra special. Upon arrival we were instantly greeted by Kevin who went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. Our room was outstanding, both spacious and comfortable. Fixtures were thoughtful and high end, from the waterfall showers, bathtub, and sinks, to the bedside phone chargers. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts, the buffet focused on doing fewer things well, such as two types of bacon, pastries, and especially appreciated were the vegetarian sausages. And all served without the usual greasy metal catering trays. We booked the spa too for after checkout to chill in the jacuzzi before heading out to the surrounding Syon Park for a walk. We’re looking forward to coming back.
