This property offers a Special Protection Program, a strict program of precise safeguards dedicated to our guests and our staff. Amazing, stable Internet connection! Was able to get much work done. Superb breakfast made even better with a morning chat with the Filipino staff who were all smiles and very helpful (they took great pictures of my family). Imagine, they have champagne in the morning. Felt like a President... Close to the train station by cab as we connected by train from San Giovanni. This was our second leg. And a good 10-minute walk to the Colosseum. Very close to scenic spots. Appreciated that the hotel always had coffee and lemon water at the lobby. A+ to all those in the front desk (they were patient, gave us a map and shaving kits, lent us adaptors for the power socket) and the gentleman who helped us get settled in our room. We value customer experience (Cx) and this one of the best that we have had in the Italian cluster, as a family, over the years.

Nastanitev Hilton Garden Inn Claridge se nahaja v elegantnem okrožju Parioli, 10 min hoje od parka Villa Borghese. The breakfast is worth the extra $ they had alot. Waffle bar, two kinds of eggs, two kinds of meat, potatoes, salad bar, fruit, several kinds of pastries, toast, bisquits, etc. We don't speak any Italian, it didn't matter, everyone there spoke English. The front desk people were extremely kind and helpful. There is a grocery store across the street. Our room had a nice balcony, woth views and a fridge. The beds were pretty comfy. Our room was 2 twins, but they were slightly larger than twin beds, which was nice. I would absolutely recommend this place.

It was clean, modern, had a coffeemaker and safe in the room. There was a nice lounge for drinks and a full restaurant for dining. The hotel was easy to get to with the free dedicated bus shuttle from the airport that runs every 15 minutes.
