Hilton Cleveland Downtown features air-conditioned rooms with cable flat-screen TV in the Downtown Cleveland district of Cleveland. All of the staff at this hotel were amazing. Had an option to pick lower level rooms or upper level rooms; was there with my son and he loved being on the 31st floor.

This Hilton hotel in Columbus, Ohio is 11 minutes’ drive to the Port Columbus International Airport and Ohio State University is 2 miles away from the property. The property was clean convenient and safe. The dining was excellent and the location is extremely walkable. Will absolutely stay again.

'Old school' customer service- polite, pleasant and efficient. Check-in took less than 4 minutes which I LOVED. I was treated well at check-in/out ( I have a physical disability). I pulled up, grabed a luggage cart and went up to my room. They accomodated my phycical needs as well as extended check in/out time without batting an eyelash.
