The house, the location, the weather, the advice from the host - everything was perfect. It was the best place for our family to use as a base to explore Tuscany. The sea is 1 minute away from the house. Numerous restaurants with local food are very close. Gelato is also everywhere! Thank you, we will certainly return!

Hosted by a very nice family in an independent, new, modern, small, well-equipped 1 bedroom flat located 100 meters from Marina di Pisa's white pebble beach. They had some nice drinks waiting in the fridge which these weary traveller's appreciated. Would stay again if we ever came back.

Superb peaceful location which was very relaxing. Wish we had brought binoculars as so much wildlife around including deer across river and numerous birds. In Marina di Pisa is a superb Conad supermarket which had everything we could wish for including Cooked Hot rotisserie style chickens pizza etc...and large Moretti bottles of beer at 0.94c!!!! also great Sunday market and the private Lidos in Tirrenia were superb. Easy to visit and park by Leaning Tower and square. Finally....saving the best to last ...and that is the HOST!!.... Ivo and his wife were so welcoming, friendly and could not do enough for us. Welcomed us with a cold beer on arrival, wine in welcome pack. We enjoyed his chats when we saw him and had a good laugh whilst relaxing in the garden. We loved our stay at this beautiful house. It was very clean and Marco made sure that we had everything we needed to make our stay convenient and cozy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the outside patio was great for our evening meal. The elevator was appreciated when we didn't feel like walking the stairs. Our stay was so wonderful that we are planning on coming back in September. Thank you Marco. We hope to stay in your beautiful house again soon.

Grazie Roberto and your wife for your hospitality. Cozy, quiet, well equipment apartment close to beach and Pisa city. Nice garden and place where you can sit, relax and even eat meal. We had a great time here and hope to visit Il Geranio some day again.
