The Villa is really comfortable even for a bigger family. It has amazing view on the sea. It is close to the shared pool that is dedicated only to a Residence / small district / not too many families (by the way mostly, if not only Italian which makes the stay even more interesting as you can enjoy the real Italian culture and style of living). The pool is quit big and is also mostly deep c.a. 3m but also offers one third of space which is around 1m deep and convenient for kids. Just behind the pool you can go outside and enjoy the sea. No sandy beach, mainly rocks but still a place to relax and use the energy of the sea :-) Owners are really nice and helpful. The villa has not been freshly renovated when we were there and for example has quite old air-conditioning system and kitchen appliances but it is well maintained, clean and arranged in a way that the stay is really comfortable and enjoyable including outside shower, 2 terraces with beautiful view and big space where kids can play around as well. At first we have been surprised that all bedrooms are in the "basement" or below main floor with small windows just below the ceiling but in the end the "living" area with large living room, convenient kitchen, bathroom inside and shower outside makes the stay very convenient as the time we spent in bedroom was just at night. Thus it even in the end has some positives as the bedrooms are cooler and more comfortable to sleep sometimes even without air-conditioning on. Definitely a place to recommend!

We really liked the stay in this property. The property is big enough (we were 4 adults and 3 children), the living room is spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. There is also a garden with nice terrace to sit with huge table and chairs. The quality of internet connection was good. We also used the washing machine and there was enough equipment to hang the wet clothes. We really appreciate the heating as we visited the flat in mid November (there are radiators and it is really easy to heat the flat up). The lady who met us to hand over the keys was very nice and could speak English.

What an Amazing Flat! With two dorms and two amazing bathrooms this is an amazing property to enjoy your vacation in puglia. The flat was cleanded to the core and suprised by the amazing ocean View. Thanks to Alessandra - who informed us about local restaurants (which have been amazing!) and Beautiful beaches.

The location is perfect, there are alot of bars and restaurants around plus shops and markets if you want to eat in. The private garden with enough space for your car, is great to relax. Eventhough there is a no parking sign on the gate, ppl will still park there but will leave a small path for you to navigate or they will come running from their aperetivo to move the car. The house is very clean, spacious except for the both bathrooms and the kitchen. There was just the 2 of us so it wasnt a problem and we didnt use the kitchen for cooking. The host left a "welcome" basket with some snacks, pasta, pastasauce and a bottle of wine (which was delicious by the way). Communication was easy and replies and recommendations came quickly. I wish we could have stayed longer !

Fillipo was an very good and welcoming host, with excellent communication throughout via WhatsApp. He was happy to help with early check-in for part of our group and booking taxis to the airport, all of which made our lives easier whilst on holiday. The villa itself was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The recommended Focaccia shop was the best ever!! Our first trip to Italy was a very memorable one - Grazie mille!

Spacious and very clean apartament well equiped when it comes to utilities. Cute italian garden. 3 to 5 minutes walk from the santo spirito center/dock and the beach, 20-25 minutes train ride to Bari center. Very nice hosts that speak english they will answer you to every question. Suitable for family Highly recommended

This property is conveniently near the airport for easy in/out. It is a secure facility with double gates. There are two full bathrooms, one for each couple! The kitchen is excellently equipped and ample space outdoors to dry any laundry that can be done on-site. Bari is also a great base for day visits to places such as Lecce, Taranto, Matera. We also enjoyed a visit to nearby Bitonto.
