In one word...AMAZING. One of the best places I've ever rented to stay. The property is located 15 steps from the beach (I honestly counted them). The house is brand new. Everything inside is taken care to the last detail. Anything that a household could need they have. All appliances as well as from dishes to anything else you might think of. 3 bedrooms with an amazing kitchen and a great living room. No need for air-conditioning since we didn't use even the fans provided, the house is super good in terms of temperature. There is a window net in all windows so you can keep them all open and sleep listening to the waves and feeling the summer breeze. The yard though is to die for. kids loved it and played all day long there (when they were not on the beach) . We enjoyed the yard watching the stars listening to the waves every night with a beer. The beach itself amazing. Sand, swallow waters, just the perfect situation for the kids. A small canteen for all the necessary coffees and beers but nothing too loud. Just great! As for ombrellas for the beach...u don't need . Ms athanasia and Mr Panos has taken care of that also with the sunbeds waiting for u. The owners, it was like they were a family from day one. They took care of us like family, from the juices waiting for us when arrived, to the presents to our little ones. Just amazing. Both Ms Athanasia and Mr Panos are lovable persons and we are so glad to meet them and spend time with them. Great people to keep contact even during the year! Can't wait to visit the property again. For sure we will be there next year.

Our stay at Phyllida Guest House was exceptional, thanks to the attentive and generous hospitality of Aggeliki, our friendly hostess. After a tiring trip, which included our car breaking down just before Tripolis, our hostess welcomed us with genuine warmth and immediately served up some delicious food, including dakos salad and zucchini fritters (yummy!). The room was cozy, clean, equipped with a toaster and kettle to make our breakfast and tea and with a beautiful private garden. Aggeliki, an artist, had even given the surrounding houses an artistic touch by painting the key chains and some other objects. During our stay, she provided us with valuable suggestions for restaurants and activities to make the most out of our time. Throughout our stay, we felt cared for and comfortable. The booking process via booking.com was seamless, and the peaceful surroundings ensured that we slept soundly every night. During our last night, there was a wedding celebration next to the property of Phyllida which kept us a little awake, but our hostess informed us a lot earlier about the festivities and even allowed us a late check-out next day for free! In addition to its overall charm, one of the standout features of Phyllida Guest House is its wonderful garden, adorned with vibrant flowers and lush greens. The serene surroundings create a sense of peacefulness, allowing guests to fully unwind and embrace the silence of the countryside. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay at Phyllida Guest House. We will return, that’s for sure! Thank you so much, Aggeliki, for everything!
