Nemeea residence in les 2 alps is the worst accommodation i have experienced in my life, i will never recommend to anybody because of the bad experience they offer. And i have been to plenty places all over France and Italy. First of all the room was not clean when we checked in, the bathroom was full of hair, and the sheets we picked up smelled very bad as well as the whole apartment, we had to go the next day and buy other sheets, considering they taxed us for them. Second, they taxed us 100€ out of our credit card for cleaning fee just because we forgot some bed sheets there(the rest we had to take them and deposit them at a lower level and we cleaned the apartment), the place where you deposit the ski stuff is miserable, it was never cleaned, the pool area does not look looked after as-well moreover the staff is very rude, they only have some services at the reception desk office and for some other usual & normal services such as giving an invoice or checking out, you have to make an appointment on the phone, and sometimes they take a lot of time until they answer. It is a pity because the location is amazing but management is as low and stupid as it can be.

Lagrange Vacances Les Hauts de Comborcière is a residence set in La Toussuire, a family resort located on a high sunny plateau.

Location was ok everything else very disappointing I’ve left the property in perfect condition and cleaner than I found it. Hidden charge of 103 euros Had to leave 400 euros deposit still not been returned to my account and they don’t answer the telephone Very worrying I wouldn’t advise it to be honest.

The apartment was comfortable and stylish, with a spacious terrace offering stunning mountain views. We spent our evenings playing games on the balcony. The amenities, including the sauna, hammam, and heated pool, were top-notch. The location was perfect, close to shopping and entertainment. Overall, a wonderful getaway!

Facilities, location, parking, very helpful staff especially in ski shop, coped well with late evening arrival, classy entertainment in bar, free shuttle bus to restaurants, cage lift directly across road, ski shop in basement, ski-in to ski shop storage when weather permits which it did when I stayed. The best place I’ve stayed in over many years going to Alpe d’Huez.

Excellent value for money in a traditional French holiday resort. Plenty of entertainment in French but still very welcoming to all nationalities.

The location was great and we had everything we needed. The staff of Alpe Agence and how easily we got our keys and dropping them off in mailbox. Dog friendly The fact that the apartment is situated at -1 level which means you’re close to ski lockers, the sauna and swimming pool and the trash room!

Great spot, super central - we were able to get to the slopes and town easily as well as having a lovely restaurant downstairs and walking distance to a good supermarket. The rooms were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and plenty of storage to unpack. The swimming pool and spa were a great addition too!

Location was incredible… 2 minute walk to ski lift, in town near so many restaurants / supermarkets / ski hire shops & next door to the swimming pool. Couldn’t have picked a better location. The accommodation itself was amazing. The spa area was really appreciated after a day on the slopes. Hosts were really responsive and helpful throughout.

The apartment location is fantastic. It is less than a 5 min walk to the village basket lift which takes you to the Les Jeux ski area. It is also located within 5 minute walk of the main town where you will find the ice rink, restaurants, swimming pool, supermarket etc. The apartment itself was compact but was perfect for the 3 of us. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we required.
