Peacocks and the swimming pool. Swimming pool lovely and warm and quite perfect size for me and my 7 year old to have a swim. We spent two hours outside with peacocks. Watching and then realized Reception could give feed to kids to hand feed them which we did. Beautiful grounds and lovely time

Good location - nr to shops and Railway Station and entertainment complex. Fabulous staff - nothing too much trouble and really friendly and helpful. Little welcoming touches like Xmas hot chocolate drinks x

Clean and cosy room. A lot of spare. Well equipped gym. Swimming pool is really nice for a small hotel

Good entertainment

Breakfast, dinner were very good. Staff members were courteous and very helpful. Room and facilities were clean. Availability of gym, swimming pool and spa was a very big plus and reason for my wife to want to come back.

Good size room, swimming pool, free parking.

All the staff were exceptionally nice from Ben who met us when we first got there tired and bedraggled to debble at breakfast time, the gents down at the swimming pool were great to, all these people including the lord of the rings loving chef made our stay great

The price for the night was good and the use of the gym and swimming pool added extra value for money. The staff were friendly and talkative which was nice.
