The hotel was great overall, not too busy and very friendly staff. Especially Pam from the reception was very kind. Breakfast was also great.

Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Karon Beach, an IHG Hotel boasts 3 outdoor pools, a spa and a 24-hour fitness centre. It offers rooms with free WiFi and a private balcony. we had such a great stay. Staff were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Pools were amazing, we had few cocktails at the Joe Kool's Pool Bar and it was great. Breakfast had lots of variety, I love the fresh orange. The location is perfect for us since it isn't crowded, it was quiet and relaxing.

Directly across from beautiful Surin Beach, Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Surin Beach, an IHG Hotel; offers a complete resort experience with modern air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi. It was good. The location was central which was good. Champi always greeted us with a smile and assured we were looked after. She made the New Year’s Eve night a highlight for us.
