Great resort. Next to Patong Beach. Many dining options and nice coffee shops. Had a small issue the first night which was resolved immediately by the staff by changing us the room.

Located in the heart of Patong Beach, Holiday Inn Resort Phuket offers stylish accommodation with room service. Facilities include a fully equipped fitness centre and 4 dining options. Rooms were nice and clean. The morning breakfast service had many options. All the staff at the hotel were extremely polite and friendly. The food at the Cham Thai restaurant is absolutely epic! Highly recommend everyone to try their crab noodles and their shrimp with vermicelli noodles.

Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Karon Beach, an IHG Hotel boasts 3 outdoor pools, a spa and a 24-hour fitness centre. It offers rooms with free WiFi and a private balcony. It had everything we needed. The rooms and the pools were really nice and clean, and the placement of the hotel was also great, considering the closeness of the shops and the beach. The spa and massage was also amazing. The staff was VERY nice and cheerful, and they were exceptionally helpful (especially Alexander, who was a great help to us whenever we needed something)! Thank you for everything!

Directly across from beautiful Surin Beach, Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Surin Beach, an IHG Hotel; offers a complete resort experience with modern air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi. I was checked in very late night and reception was very welcome with smiling face. Thank you Miew for warm welcome . Also we got an upgrade to suite room , the room was good for a couple . Highly recommended !!! Lastly thank you Mai and Fah who were farewell us upon check out, we’ll be back again for sure !!!
