The bed was comfy. the bathroom was nice as well. My 1st room was very close to the pool/lobby/ and breakfast. Its about a 5 min walk to the beach and around the corner from a long road of food/shopping. They do have a desk there to help book taxis and tours.

We stayed in the Busakorn wing,the staff are amazing super friendly,the breakfast is excellent and the pool is amazing,kids club is great for young children,and the hotel is a short walk from Patong beach and there are many restaurants close to the hotel,the location is really good Would def recommend staying there

Phuket International Airport is a 45-minute drive away. we had such a great stay. Staff were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Pools were amazing, we had few cocktails at the Joe Kool's Pool Bar and it was great. Breakfast had lots of variety, I love the fresh orange. The location is perfect for us since it isn't crowded, it was quiet and relaxing.

They went above and beyond to make out stay the best possible. We got extra massage, fruit shakes, fruits and countless bottles of water. Inside there is a gym, gaming room, amazing pool with slides, arcade and so much more. Amazing value compared to other stays for the same price. Our room was huge! And the breakfast. Amazing! Plenty of choice and refills, they never run out of food. I recommend this stay!
