Located 3 miles west of the coast of Lake Superior, this Marquette, Michigan hotel features a daily hot breakfast. Each guest room is equipped with a flat-screen cable TV. We booked 2 rooms and we were able to get both rooms right next to each other upon request. The kids had a fabulous time in the pool and also enjoyed the hot tub. Beds were comfortable and room was super clean.

Being right on the water you can watch the sun rise over the lake every morning. In the evening, a large firepit was available for anyone to join and only steps from the beach. The grounds were very well maintained and decorated for the fall season. The rooms were super clean as was the indoor pool and all other amenities. Their breakfast was the best with choices of eggs, sausage, different omelets waffles, cold cereal and freshly baked cinnamon buns. Free shuttle to and from the ferry dock to Mackinac Island also.

I liked the large pool for swimming laps. The whirlpool water was hot. The weight room looked well equipped. The restaurant had a good selection. And I did not have to drive to a restaurant for a good meal. The bed was comfortable. I slept well.
