I book one room and the time i was about to check in they told me no available room. Just like that they said they can't do anything for me at 11pm. They let me leave the building without refund and just told mebto do booking cancelation.

The so called escape resort is a couple of rooms in a shared flat with no sign, no name , nothing to indicate a residence. It just someone hiring roons in a shabby flat. I was showed a room with a bathroom. On arrival I was told it is a shared bathroom outside my room. THIS IS CHEATING
