Excellent place and extremely clean, the place was great and the host were wonderful. Based a minutes walk to the lake and right near a Lidl too. Very nice stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone who's planning a stay at Lake Balaton

Quality amenities in very good condition. Spectacular manicured outdoor garden setting with scenic view of surrounding mountains. Temperature control was easily achieved with effective air conditioning unit. Light penetration and bug intrusions were mitigated by an impressive triple layer window fitting - internally controlled external black out blinds, mosquito netting and bi-directional window glazing.

Ildiko and Gabor were exceptional hosts - warm and welcoming. We were treated to a lovely wine tasting experience and narrative about how this enterprising couple have built up their business over the past 7 years. Their wines are amongst the best I have tasted. It was magical to be on Badacsony Hill out of season and feel we had the late all to ourselves - the location of Elias is great. We slept so well - very comfortable beds and pillows. Lovely and warm. Good quality fixtures and fittings in our rooms, great shower. Our breakfast was first rate - home cooked with love !

The location is excellent and it is a great value for the price relative to other properties in the area. The guest house has quite basic amenities but it’s really good for a short stay or when you are out and about most of the day. Very comfortable beds, clean place. There are restaurants and shops within 100 meters. Very much recommended.

We were cycling around Lake Balaton and booked the accommodation a few days before. The host was very welcoming, greeted us with a welcome drink (froccs) which was refreshing after a hot day of cycling. The scenery is beautiful as the vineyard is surrounded by all the greenery. This also means there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance, but this wasn't an issue, just something to prepare yourself.
