Staff, facilities, comfort everything was excellent. Bedsheet could have been little cleaner. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

Location was good, near the beach. Easy to find. I know these homestay people since very long. Spacious room, seat out area, balcony. Over all good, It has partially sea view. food was good. Little overpriced in food item. but staff is co-operative

One of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in. It's a great place for families wanting to spend time together. Lot of common spaces in the lovely surroundings. Location is calm and quiet away from popular places. The caretakers are wonderful hosts who cater to all your needs from early morning to late night.

Forest Casa, like the name suggests, is surrounded by greenary on all sides and birdsong is the only sound you hear, amid the peace and tranquility of this place. The Phansad wildlife sanctuary is towards the south east of this property and Kashid beach is about a kilometre away, to the west. What I liked most, was the hospitality of the owners of this homestay and the delicious home cooked food, prepared by the owner's wife. All the meals we ate, both vegetarian and non vegetarian, were excellent. The seafood dishes were extremely fresh and tasty. We had sukhat masala, pomfret fry, bombil fry, prawns koliwada and crab masala. All the vegetables in the veg thali were also very nice. The breakfast which was included in the room tariff was also very satisfying and tasty and they have a nice variety each day. The rooms were very comfortable and relaxing, with a small verandah outside that had a small table and 2 chairs. The room has a mini fridge, tea, coffee sachets etc along with a kettle for hot water, as well as a few complimentary packets of chips etc which was a nice gesture. The bathroom was quite spacious with a hot water geyser and they have provided a zip lock pouch that contained a dental kit, shaving kit, comb and moisturizer, apart from the small bar of soap and hair and body wash liquid.. I have stayed in bigger hotels that charge much more but scimp on these things to save money. Ameya and his parents ensure that all the guests needs are taken care of and he is always around if you need anything or just a phone call away. We never had any difficulty in reaching out to them.

The hosts,Tushar and Sneha, were very attentive and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The domestic help, besides being efficient were courteous and cheerful. Well appointed rooms and a short serene walk right down to the sea, added to the experience. And the food was delicious, esp the fish preparations. I am definitely planning a revisit.
