We had a wonderful stay at Napoli Centro Suite & Spa. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Naples and only steps away from Via Toledo, the Spanish Quarter and the metro — ideal for exploring the city on foot. Our room was very clean, comfortable and well maintained, and despite being in such a lively part of Naples, it was a great place to come back to after a long day exploring. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, with a good selection of both sweet and savoury options and, of course, some traditional Neapolitan treats. What really stood out, though, was the hospitality. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always willing to help, making us feel genuinely at home. A fantastic base for experiencing the real Napoli. Great location, great hospitality and excellent value. We would definitely stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Nilo was very helpful in any matter in English and Spanish language. The service was excellent. There are stores like supermarket, bakery and tabacchi stores (to get local bus tickets) in neighbourhood. Very nice and comfortable room and bathroom.

Clean, modern and comfortable.

* Central location - easy to get to by metro and there are a lot of taxis parked around * Well equipped and spacious - has fridge, and clothes steamer you can borrow * There are signs everywhere - it's an interesting style but very informative, QR code to easily get on wifi, tel for taxi, signs like wait 60 sec for hot water. There are rules such as what to do if you want cleaning or luggage storage but if you read and follow through them, everything is very convenient * Fast and good wifi

The location, and the girl in the reception. She was so nice and help us a lot with the plannificatiom of the holidays. She told us things to do, and good restaurants. So nice.

Lorenzo was a fantastic host, very helpful and accommodating. Nothing was a problem. He made our short stay in Naples very comfortable. The room was very modern and clean, the breakfast delivered to the room was a very nice touch. The location is great, close to the old town and shopping streets. It was also close to the ferry port and was a short taxi ride away when we arrived from Capri. The airport bus can also by gotten from the port and was a 12 minute walk from the accommodation.

We felt very comfortable; it's close to the port of arrival, and the room is very spacious and comfortable. I would definitely return.

We arrived late at night, but the host was very accommodating. We had a 6 am flight so walked to the airport at 4 am. On the first street we were a little nervous but it was very well lit. Once we made it to the next street there were others walking to the airport, so we felt more comfortable. The place itself was very nice and clean. We would definitely stay again.

I had a very pleasant stay in Napoli. The property itself is excellent — very clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with new furnishings that made the space feel comfortable and well cared for. The host was wonderful: communication was clear and prompt throughout, and the check-in process was smooth and straightforward. The location is very central and convenient, with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and transport. That said, as with many busy central areas, I would recommend being mindful when walking alone at night. It’s part of the authentic Napoli experience — vibrant, chaotic, and full of life — but a bit of awareness goes a long way. Overall, a great stay and a property I would happily recommend to anyone visiting the city.

Instructions for accessing the property were very clear. We arrived near midnight and key was left out for us. Room was small but lovely and clean. Great location

A wonderful place to stay in Napoli right by the harbour with a view to die for. A balcony with a view of the bar, the city and Vesuvius. Very polite and charming host. (and his dog) Comfortable bed, great shower. We cannot wait to stay there again.

Close to the ferries, incredible restaurants close by including Michelin star ones. Excellent service and friendly staff. Brian was amazing, helpful, kind, responsive and resourceful. He made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks Brian!!

The breakfast was very good, and was delivered to the apartment every morning. Different options, too.

Staff were very helpful and were very approachable. They spoke english which made the interaction very easy. They also explained the room access in detail. The breakfast service was wonderful.

The apartment was a good size and well laid out. The bathroom, especially the shower, were wonderful !

The location is convenient, the property manager was kind and responsive, the B and B is sparkling clean. In the room: comfortable bed, nice amenities (espresso machine, tea, a snack, toiletries in bathroom) and the view from the balcony is incredible.

It was absolutely everything that you would need and in a very good location to see around Naples. Federica was so helpful and just so pleasant and made the stay very easy for us.

This is clearly a new property that is tastefully decorated with the latest and most modern features. Comfortable, clean, with great bed and shower. Very close to Via Toledo, the main thoroughfare in the historic center of Napoli.
