It felt like a home. Everything that you need as your disposition and the host was amazing, always opened the gate and guided our car when we entered. They also gave us bananas. It is spacious and has many extra comforts that make it the perfect place to stay as much as for duos as for larger groups.

Lovely and comfortable place with a clean and cozy room, just a short walk from the lake. I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a bungalow, which was a really nice touch. There’s a laundry service on site, and the staff were always kind and helpful with any question or need. We loved our stay at the Boondee House - this place was an incredible value. We liked our room with the separate bathroom accessed outside our room and the common area. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even though because of the wet season we couldn't do a motorbike trip out of town, as we would have liked to, and therefore finished up staying only one night. We loved the neighbourhood - it felt very Japanese like - we even went to a Japanese restaurant for dinner. We wondered around the town visiting the lake and temples and the morning market but there didn't seem to be a lot to do in the town itself - so we went off to the Fern Resort just out of town that was beautiful. All in all, we enjoyed our short stay at the Boondee House and Mae Hong Song very much.

There is nothing not to like about this property. It was a wonderful stay. I definitely will stay here again when I visit Mae Hong Son area. The owner was super friendly. Plus side laundry is just in front of the place. Halal restaurant is just around the corner and masjid is about 3minutes from the place. Absolutely amazing this place.

It was a pleasant stay. Everything worked just well. The pork chops were very tasty and amazing and cost only 100 a meal. A pool table was nice and everything worked as one could expect.

Loved our stay here! Louise is a very friendly host. She knows a lot about the area, and Thailand in general. She also recommended a good driver for a day and an excellent jungle tour. Breakfast was tasty. Area is very beautifull!
