The quality of the furniture, appliances, and bathroom fixtures in the room was excellent — much better than what we usually see in similar places. There are two spacious shared kitchens (one inside and one outside), fully equipped with everything needed, which was very convenient. The outdoor area is beautiful: quiet, full of greenery, with lawns, a garden, benches, tables, and even gazebos where it’s very pleasant to sit in the shade or enjoy breakfast. There are also barbecue facilities in the yard, which is a great addition. The location is close enough to Lake Sevan to reach it on foot, and the Norashen Reserve is also nearby, but it’s best visited by car.

Andranik and Gayane have created incredibly comfortable conditions for relaxation, thinking through every detail. Their attentive and kind attitude toward guests makes this house a special place. Thank you for a wonderful vacation and for knowing how to create the atmosphere of a real home away from home. We will definitely come back to you again!

Really cosy rooms, extraordinary tasty meals and exciting stories. The place is a little far from the Sevan lake, but you can take a scenic walk in the mountains and find your way down to the water and it's really worth it. The hosts are kind and hospitable people doing immense work on supporting and restoring the local community and cultural traditions. I'll definitely consider Etiuni for future trips to Sevan.

The silence tourism, the being alone with nature and yourself, the domestic food, the warmest people in the world I Ve ever met - the armenian people - and beside that the very comfortable house, high standard of quality and hospitality - all this is the success key. Love you, miss you, I do plan my next visit already.
