A charming little place, tucked away in a quiet alley. Owner was beyond helpful and welcoming, even brought me a very thoughtful welcome present! The courtyard is a lovely place so sit and relax. The room itself had everything I needed, only thing was, there was no window in the main room, only a small one in the bathroom. But as I only stayed one night it didn't really bother me. Thank you :)

Very affordable. The room is very clean. Has kettle, hairdryer etc. Bathroom has good towels with hot water. Good WiFi. Location is great with all attractions in walking distance and in a quiet place good for a good night rest. Security is good with electric lock main door. The owner is very helpful in giving information. Pick us up from the ART station and allowed us an early check in. Bought for us the entrance ticket . Upon check out, he personally takes us to the ART station. Strongly recommend for anyone visiting Tongli to stay here.

The host provided us with excellent service and although there were language barrier problems, he was kind and patient with us. He helped carry heavy bags up the stairs then proceeded to show how the different functions in the room works, all of which he patiently translated through the phone. We highly recommend this property, especially to tourists, because although the host’s English isn’t strong, he will be patient and willing to help.

They were very welcoming, helpful and kind. We got welcome gifts and were invited for tea. The lovely landlady, kind landlord and their cute kids are all very welcoming. We felt at home there. The location was very convenient too. The apartment was very clean with all amenities. What’s the best is the excellent hospitality and great service provided.

Also, the owners are warm and accommodating. Breakfast tastes good. We came late and they waited patiently for us. Also, when leaving, they gave us rain coats because it was raining.
