The property was exceptionally well organized and perfectly located, just a 5-minute walk from the harbor and surrounded by everything you could need, like bars, bakeries, pharmacies, and supermarkets. The room was cozy, beautifully furnished, and featured a lovely balcony with a charming garden view. It was also equipped with everything we needed, including an iron, hairdryer, slippers, and more. Aurelia, the owner, was incredibly kind and welcoming, always available to assist us with our luggage from and to the port and anything else we needed. We were treated to a complimentary welcome breakfast at a nearby restaurant, two bottle of wine upon arrival, and capsules of nespresso coffee and water provided each morning. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the island.

Offering free WiFi and sea views, Arolithos is an accommodation situated right in the centre of Spetses, just 300 metres from Paralia Spetson Beach and 400 metres from Bouboulina Museum. I loved everything about this property, the room is very nicely done, very comfy bed, spacious, there is a sofa, big balcony, coffee machine with daily supply of capsules, tea and water, the shower is extremely nice and also the toiletries are 1st class, all made in Greece. The room is cleaned daily with daily change of bedding and towels. The breakfast is amazing, you will find everything there and their coffee is excellent as well as pastries and fruits. The staff is the best, they listen to any request and make sure they fulfill it. I am truly impressed by this place and will definitely come again! And also I forgot to mention the location of this property is perfect, close to Harbour and downtown. So I give it 20 out of 10

Offering sea views, Villa Anesis is an accommodation situated in Spetses, 60 metres from Bouboulina Museum and 300 metres from Port of Spetses. Lovely spot very close to port with lovely courtyard and quiet

Attractively set right in the heart of Spetses, Captain's Studios offers sea views and a garden. The property has garden and city views, and is 400 metres from Paralia Spetson Beach. Captain Studio's was fantastic. The room had a beautiful view and was comfortable. Fresh snacks were waiting for us in a super clean room. It was nice and quiet!

7 Islands is ideally located 450 metres from Agia Marina Beach and 500 metres from the old harbour of Spetses, with its nightlife. It offers rooms with free WiFi and has a large swimming pool. Top family run hotel, very cosy, very calm, just perfect! Great vue from the balcony, very good breakfast and especially we appreciated the possibilty to have breakfast until 12 noon! If one day back on Spetses we will come again! Thanks to Tonia and family for this very nice experience, was a pleasure to stay at your place!

Only 100 metres from the beach, Guesthouse Niriides is located in Dapia and offers air-conditioned accommodation with garden or sea views. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. Prefect location, nice view from balcony, clean and modern room, friendly staff - definitely recommend!

Mimoza is conveniently situated on Ayia Marina road, a 5-minute walk away from Ayia Marina Beach and a 2-minute walk to the picturesque old harbour. Free WiFi is available in public areas. Tina was amazing and made our stay!!!. We will return. The breakfast was delicious with many options

Villa Irini on rakennettu rehevän puutarhan ympärille, ja sieltä on näkymät uima-altaalle. Hotelli tarjoaa asiakkailleen viihtyisän majoituksen vain 300 metrin päässä lähimmästä rannasta. Ihana pieni hotelli, vain kymmenen huonetta. Paikan omistaja oli alkuperäinen saarelainen ja hyvin saatavilla , jos tuli mitään tarvetta. Huone oli siisti ja syksyisestä Suomesta tullessa aamiaisen nauttiminen oliivipuun alla uima-altaan vieressä oli aivan ihanaa. Huoneestamme pääsi suoraan patiolle, jossa oli mukava istuskella ja vuokraamamme sähköpyörätkin saimme turvallisesti parkkiin ja lataukseen aidatulle pihalle.

Situated in the centre of Spetses, Twin House Spetses is a recently renovated accommodation, which offers soundproof rooms. It's a good location, less than a minute's walk to bars, restaurants and the sea but not a lot of noise directly outside. I sat in the courtyard in the mornings and was brought coffee and pastries. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff were very polite. I would definitely stay again!
